Academia del Perpetuo Socorro has a wide range of facilities which include:
Buildings
Church
Our church Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro was built in 1916. Offering daily mass and providing parochial services to the community.
Elementary School
The first elementary school building was built in 1925 by the Redemptorist Fathers with 12 classrooms and one main office. In 1940 the school’s auditorium was added to the main structure in the area that is now the elementary school for Kindergarten and Third to Sixth Grade. In 1971 the auditorium was demolished and a whole new structure was built in its place. The present day buildings have 21 classrooms, computer learning centers, library/media center, teacher’s rooms, science laboratory, cafeteria, administrative offices, art room, music room and an auditorium.
Intermediate and Secondary School
The secondary school was built in 1957 it had four floors which fit 15 classrooms, three offices, home economics room, assembly room, chemistry, physics and biology laboratories. In 1984 a three story building, which became the intermediate school was built. The new facilities had 12 classrooms, art room, science laboratories, home economics room and a music room. Presently the two schools share a common area with a cafeteria and an indoor sports court. The two buildings are connected by an outer corridor and there is also access through the library/media center.
Gymnasium
In October 2000 the long awaited indoor air conditioned gymnasium was inaugurated. This facility was dedicated to Monsignor Armando Álvarez. This modern structure serves as a setting for physical education classes, intramural and interscholastic games, tournaments and general assemblies.
Technology
Academia del Perpetuo Socorro prides itself on our state of the art technology centers. At the elementary level there are four learning centers with filtered Internet access. Both the elementary and high school’s library/media center have computer labs for students' and parents' use. Students in the high school attend class in a specially design computer laboratories.
